Chongqing Gearbox Co., Ltd. is an experienced industrial gearbox manufacturer located in China. We produce a variety of bevel gearboxes, single stage gearboxes, parallel shaft gearboxes, wind turbine yaws, flexible couplings, and more. Our products are extensively used for ships, cement, metallurgy, wind power, water power, electric power, aerospace, oceaneering, railways, cranes, petroleum, automobiles, transportation, and chemical industries.

Founded in 1966, our company is a branch of the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, whose stock code is 601989. We have a registered capital is 51.83 million USD, and more than 2500 employees. Among these employees, we have over 700 technicians.

We have a large production capacity of various gearboxes, with an annual output of over 10,000 units. We can produce over 500 heavy duty gearboxes with a piece weight over 50 tons, 2000 medium duty gearboxes whose piece weight is over 10 tons, and 3000 couplings each year.

Our company was named a Country-level Measurement Unit, Trust Operation Unit in the Chinese Gearbox Industry, Advanced Unit of Culture Construction of Chinese Enterprise, Chinese Model Staff Family, Chinese Civilized Unit, and other honors.

Research and Development
We have strong design and development capability. We have six research institutes, and we are awarded as a country-level technology center by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, Customs Head Office, and the State Administration of Taxation in China. Till now, we have had 80 patent licenses, and we have introduced more than 100 new products to the market every year.

We also provide our customers with customized service. Various speed ratios, torque coefficients, and mounting types of bevel gearboxes, parallel shaft gearboxes, wind turbine yaws, flexible couplings, and dampers are available.

We can produce medium, hard, or low, hard gears and involute gears whose accuracy is DIN-3 level, with a surface hardness of HR58-62, and diameter ranges from 20 to 4000mm. The module size is between 0.5 to 40mm.

It should be stressed that the large power reducers we produce are widely used in cement production lines. They are very durable and efficient and can meet the requirements of cement production lines with a daily output of 2500-10000t.

Production Equipment
We have over 1400 pieces of production machinery. Of that are more than 1000 are cold and heat processing devices and inspection equipment to make high precision, hardened gears. These production machines provide us with the ability to produce reliable quality gearboxes, reducers, wind turbine yaws, flexible couplings, and dampers.

Our main production machines are imported from abroad. We purchase gear grinders and high accuracy digital control gear form-grinding machines from Germany's NILES, gear grinding machine from Germany's HOFLER, 3.5M gear shaping machine from SCHIESS in Germany, 5343Ⅱgear-hobbing machine from Russia, vertical machining centre from America's HAAS, horizontal machining centre from Sweden's SAJO, RECEM801C CNC floor-type boring and milling machine from Spain, Large CNC floor-type boring and milling machine from Czech's SKODA, carburizing furnace from Japan, frequency conversion test bed from Germany's Siemens, measuring machine from Germany's LEITZ, and more.
