GW Series Marine Gearbox
The GW series marine gearbox has small size. Its torque transmission capacity, with a speed ranging from 360 to 1800 rpm and reduction ratio between 2:1 and 6:1, can vary within the range of 0.38-46.2. The value depends on size and reduction of the gearbox.
The marine gearbox is available in six types, including four reverse reduction gearboxes and two reduction gearboxes without reversing function (each type divided into eleven models). According to the varied relative position of input and output shaft, the gearbox can be either coaxial or offset. The latter can be subdivided into gearboxes with vertically, horizontally or diagonally offset shaft. The modular design affords a variety of advantages including low-cost manufacture and minimum spare parts.
High Speed Marine Gearbox
Product Description
The GCS, GCH series high speed marine gearbox offers single stage reduction, with case hardened and ground helical spur wheel. The GCS series gearbox comes with vertically offset shaft, while the GCH series marine gearbox has horizontal offset shaft design.
The GCS/GCH high speed marine gearbox with center-to-center spacing ranging from 450mm to 560mm is fitted with antifriction bearings. While the gearbox with 600mm-1,000mm center-to-center spacing uses plain bearings.
All gears can be equipped with a power take off (PTO) for which special superposition gears have been developed.
