Technical Features
1. JS series centre drive mill gearbox is developed for large power central drive mills. As the main product of our company, it consists of the main reduction gears, a low speed drive system, a film coupling, a lube-oil station, and more.
2. The main reduction gear is a cylindrical gear driving device with its parallel shaft being involutes. The gearbox uses synchronous transmission gear which provides power shunting and load adjustment on each gear. It has compact structure, small size and light weight.
3. The high grade alloy case-hardened steel is used for manufacturing all driving gears of the reducer. The surface of each gear has been cemented, hardened and ground, so it has high precision and load capacity.
4. The thin-wall sliding bearings and eccentric sliding bearings with multi-degree of freedom are used. Thus, its installation and adjustment can be easily done, and the accuracy of gear engagement can be guaranteed.
5. The housing of the centre drive mill gearbox is welded and has simple and attractive design.
6. The centre drive mill gearbox provides optimized design, with standardized component structure, modular components, as well as high compatibility and exchangeability between components.
7. The major auxiliary system or the low speed driving gear has been designed small in size, light in weight and with high degree standardization. It can meet different requirements for front drive and rear drive.
8. This centre drive mill gearbox is designed with diaphragm coupling. It can effectively reduce the coaxiality tolerance between mill and the main machine, and meanwhile, it offers good buffering and vibration isolation performance.
9. The diluted oil lubricating station is equipped with two gear pumps to ensure the reliability of lubricating system. Proper lubrication oil pressure, temperature monitoring and alarming system combine to ensure safety of the equipment. Lubrication oil heating system is available to meet application needs in the high and cold areas.
10. 12-channel thermal resistors and advanced switching circuitry are used for multi-path temperature transmitter. Bearings number of main reduction gear and temperature value is displayed by high brightness LED digital indicator. The computer's control system is provided with 4-20mA standard signals and the alarming system's comparator is provided with switching signals.

Input speed: 740 r/min (595 r/min for a minority of the products)
